HOW OFTEN ARE DELIVERIES MADE?
Deliveries are made daily to customers located in Proserpine, Airlie Beach and Cannonvale.
Bowen deliveries are made once a week or as required due to order size and stock availability.
WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AN ACCOUNT CUSTOMER AND A WALK-IN?
Caterquip welcomes walk-in customers and encourages new people to view our store. You don't need an account to shop with us.
However if you are a frequent customer or a business, an account may be a better option for you.
Account customers are saved in our operating systems and therefore we keep a record of your purchases. You no longer need to remember the names or codes of items. Additionally, account customers have seven days to pay an invoice from the date of purchase.
WHAT IF THE ITEM I WANT ISN'T STOCKED BY CATERQUIP?
Caterquip stock an extensive range of catering supplies, however may not always have exactly what you are after. Speak with the friendly team and enquire. Caterquip provide quotes and will order in items as per the customer's requirements.
